SAP Best Practices

I don't know if a lot of people knows about SAP Best Practices and the new vision of SAP about SAP implementation. Well, to cut a long story short, this is the new vision: reuse a lot of already configured, documented and tested processe by making "Building Blocks" and integrate those building blocks into a solution for a specific industry. Almost for all industris there are documented and configured proceses called Best Practices. And all of this Best Practices are free and online on the SAP Help portal. You can find here Best Practices for the following industries:

Apparel and Footwear

Automotive

Chemicals

Consumer Products

Consumer Durables & Home Appliances

Dealer Business Management

EC&O
Fabricated Metals

High Tech

Home & Personal Care

Industrial Machinery & Components

Logistic Service Providers

Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul

Medical Devices

Mining

Retail

Pharmaceuticals

Primary Steel

Professional Services

Public Sector

Utilities for SAP R/3

I am new to SAP Utility and wanted to have an overview about FI CA contract Account (Water Utility) and if you can post or email me the configuration doc specially with regards to PARTIAL PAYMENT. in Cash Desk using Selection creteria with multiple contract accts and using the "Post Item" Tab
The amount key by user is not taken is neglected and wrong amts are posted. (TCODE - FPCJ)

2) I also wanted to know what is the difference between Post Item tab and Post Item online tab... Why, where, how and which is to be used when..... Please reply in either case.

3) I would really appreciate if you could email any document word, PPT, itutor, Business Process Procedures and or dummy project which can give any idea and information explaining step by step instructions from scratch to finish.
